The management of user accounts relies on Twitter service. The unique data you enter during the registration phase and that we keep and use in our system is your Twitter account. Any other data sent during the registration phase (e.g. password) is part of the Twitter process, is not visible from our system and is under the entire responsibility of Twitter.
Registration data is required for creating, deleting and managing your Wonderboards. We also rely on this process to avoid creation of Wonderboard by bots.
We do not use your Twitter account or any other information that could reveal your personal identity without your consent.
We might use in the future your Twitter account for non-commercial purposes such notification of new release, maintenance or unexpected interruption of service.
The Wonderboard setting data that you send us via the form on the website or via the administration page of the Wonderboard service include the name of your event for which you create a Wonderboard, the configuration of the Wonderboard-Twitter application (your Twitter feed, hashtags or accounts to follow), some materials to feed the information panel, and the name of the screen to be deployed during the event.
Wonderboard setting data is used to create a new Wonderboard service instance and to configure it. We remind you hereby that part of this data will be displayed on the Wonderboard service and might thus been exposed to public audience. It is thus your own responsibility to ensure the accuracy and validity of those data when you enter them in the system.
Usage Data is collected automatically when you connect to our site.
Your data is only destined for Nokia and is not communicated to third parties.
It can only be disclosed in application of a statue, regulation or by virtue of the decision of a competent rule-making authority or judiciary power.
Bell Labs France places great importance on the security of your data and implements all appropriate measures to limit the risks of loss, deterioration or improper use of such data.
Data is stored in a secure and reliable way on Amazon Web Service servers, Ireland zone.
It is retained for the length of time strictly necessary for the use of your account and for the use of the Wonderboard service you created for your event.
In compliance with applicable legislation, you have a right to access, correct and delete your data. You can access and modify information associated with Wonderboard session and Usage data at any time.
